The Township of Hamilton Clerk’s office is responsible for the following services:

• General information regarding the Township

• Township Committee Meeting Agendas ($12 per year fee for subscription by mail,
   or free by email upon request, or
download here

• Township Committee Meeting Minutes

• Sale of Township-owned property

• Voter Registration Forms and Information

• Business Registration Licenses (required for all persons operating a business in
   Hamilton Township - fees vary)

• Street Opening Permits ($25 application fee in addition to Engineer's fees)

• Yard Sale permits (Required. Can have up to 3 Consecutive days per permit/
   only 2  permits per Calendar Year - no fee)

• Dog and Cat Licenses (renewable annually on or before January 31; $3 late fee
   added after April 30. Documentation   Required: proof  of current rabies shots
   and proof of spay/neutering if applicable.)
