Under the direction of the Community Development Director and Zoning Officer, provides clerical support in the administration of the Township’s zoning process. Performs a variety of routine and complex clerical functions including: attendance at monthly Zoning Board meetings, recording/transcription of meeting minutes, compiling/mailing of meeting packets, coordination of Zoning Board workshops, posting escrow to appropriate accounts and processing payment vouchers.
Two years experience in related office environment preferred. Working knowledge of computers, Excel, and Microsoft Office products required. Experience using Edmunds and Spatial Data Logic software preferred. Must have the ability to effectively meet and interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Must be willing to obtain Zoning Board Secretary certification.
