EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - Temp Laborer - Thursday, June 22, 2017
The Twp. of Hamilton Public Works Dept. is seeking a Temporary Full-time Laborer.  Experience in landscaping/groundskeeping, snow removal, minor road repair and the operation of related equipment required.  Must possess a CDL Class B.  CDL Class A preferred.  Must have the ability to perform heavy manual labor for an extended period of time.  40 hrs. per week; possible weekends and evenings.  $15.00 p/hour.  No benefits.  Applications are available in the Human Resources Office, 6101 Thirteenth St., Mays Landing or on-line at www.townshipofhamilton.com.

FULL TIME POLICE COMMUNICATIONS position available in the Township of Hamilton Police Department.  Applicants must pass a full police background investigation, medical and drug screening prior to hiring.  Applicants must be willing to work various shifts including day, evening, and midnight. EMD, 911 certification, and Emergency Services experience preferred, but not required.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - PD Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer - Friday, October 14, 2016

The Township of Hamilton Police Department is accepting applications for Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEOII). The position is 20 hours per week.
The applicant must be a citizen of the United States, a resident of New Jersey; able to read, write, and speak the English language; be sound in body and health; be of good moral character and have not been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude; possess a high school diploma/GED and a valid New Jersey drivers license. Applicants will be subjected to drug screening, psychological testing, and oral interview(s). Class II SLEO certification required.
