Human Resources Director 

The Township of Hamilton is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to fill the position of Human Resources Director.  A working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations is essential.  Must be able to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities and daily operations, and to manage/prioritize a high volume workload in an HR Department of one.  Exceptional customer service, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and excellent oral/written communication skills required.  Bachelor’s Degree, SHRM-CP, PHR, or IPMA-CP certification desired.  Applicants must have two years of HR experience.  Public employment experience preferred.  Excellent benefit package.  Salary determined based on Township Ordinance, qualifications and commensurate experience.

Full Time Police Communications position available in the Township of Hamilton Police Department. Applicant must pass a full police background investigation, medical and drug screening prior to hiring. EMD, 911 certification and Emergency Services experience preferred, but not required. Apply to the Police Department: 6101 Thirteenth Street Mays Landing, NJ 08330 between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Applications must be turned in by October 8, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
